Tuesday, 10/19

Breakfast: Choc Cheerios w/ Skim Milk (140c)
Lunch: Thai Food- Veggie Medley w/ Brown Sauce, Rice, and Lemongrass Soup (1/3 svg) (450c, est) with a Cherry Coke Zero
Snack: 2 pieces of dark chocolate (80c)
PreWorkout Snack: 100cal snack pack (100c)
Dinner: Veggie Chili w/ 4 whole wheat club crackers and a salad with light ranch dressing, with diet decaf iced tea (550c)

Went to the gym for an hour fitness yoga class, burning about 350 calories.  Woo Hoo!

So, total intake was 1320 with a burn of 350!  And, this morning, the scale read 232.5!!!
