The Week in Review, 10/4-10/11/10

I started out blogging with the scale reading: 238lbs
As of this morning, the scale reads: 234lbs
Total Weight Lost: 4lbs

I started out the week hoping to do at least 1 day of exercise.
This week, I ran, walked, and biked, over 4 days.

This week, I wanted to keep my calories around 1500 per day.
My best day logged 1355 calories and my worst day logged 2125 calories.
My average calories, per day, for the week, were 1691.

On a scale from 1-10, with 10 being a complete success with no regrets, I would give Oct 4th-Oct 11th, a ranking of 7.  I am happy with my exercise and weight loss.  I feel that I could do better with my calories (even though I know I am doing MUCH better than I was before I was counting calories and watching my intake).
