Lunch: chicken salad sandwich (350c), veggie chips (130c), and grapes (30c) with Coke Zero= 510c
Snack: string cheese (90c) w/ 2 flatbread crackers (60c)=150c
Dinner: fried catfish (260c), collard greens (30c), rice (220c), bread (150c)=660c
Dessert: SF yellow cake w/ whipped choc frosting= 285c

total: 1810c

Walked 45 minutes with the kids: burned 200 calories
