Friday, 11/5

Breakfast (bad, I know...): 3 cookies (180c) and coffee (60c)=240c
Lunch: homemade egg salad (300c) on WW bread (90c) with veggie chips (130c) and a coke zero=520c
Snack: Coffee (60c) and 1 cookie (60c)=120c
Dinner: Salad w/ light ranch (200c), corn chowder (100c) in an acorn squash (40c), and bread (150c) with a pudding for dessert (60c)=550c
Total=1430

45 minutes of power yoga burned 400c

And, great news, 226 pounds on the scale today!
