Monday, 11/15

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 veg. sausages, 2 slices WW bread, 8oz Trop50 OJ= 440 calories
Lunch: homemade veggie soup=200c
Snack: veggie soup and slice of homemade bread=300c
Snack: Skinny Cow bar=100c
Dinner: veggie soup and slice of homemade bread=400c
Dessert: WW cake=100c

Total: 1540 (now that's more like it!!!)

Missed yoga :(  But spent time with my hunny! :)
