Month In Review: October 2010

I began October weighing 240lbs with a BMI of 37.6.
As of November 1st, I weigh 227lbs and have a BMI of 35.6
I have lost 13lbs and 2 BMI points.

I began October being lucky to workout 1 time a week/4 times a month.  For the month of October, I worked out 14 times, with a mix of yoga, running, and walking.  This averages to 3.5 times a week.

My calorie goal per day for October was to consume 1500 calories.  My best day was 1186 and my worst day was 3440, for an average of 1708.5 per day.  This is 208.5 over my goal, however, I can accept this.

Overall, I am very proud of my accomplishments this month.  I know that weight typically comes off faster when first making lifestyle changes, however, if I loss 1-2 lbs per week, I will be happy with this as "healthy weight loss".
