I forgot to weigh myself before breakfast :(

Breakfast: French toast made with almond milk (530c) and between 1/16 & 1/8c of maple syrup (70c), with Trop50 pom-blueberry juice (50c)= 650 calories

Lunch: Thanksgiving Leftovers (turkey-200, onions (200), yams (200), stuffing-150)= 750c

Snack: Skinny Cow (100c) and cheese (60c)= 160c

Dinner: Tuna Salad (150c) on flatbread (60c) with 5 M&M pretzel (11c ea=55c)= 265c

Snack: 15 pretzel M&Ms=165c
