Tuesday, 11/2

Breakfast: 1 and 1/2 svgs, so the calories are more than I'd like, but it kept me going!!!  English muffin with hummus, halumi, and sundried tomatoes, sprinkled with feta.  600 calories

Lunch: macaroni with marinara and baby shrimp- 605 calories

Dinner: Ruby Tuesdays- Salad Bar (300c), Steak & Lobster (415c), mashed potatoes (170c), broccoli (90c), and 2 biscuits (180c) with Coke Zero = 1155 calories.  I was estimating about 1500, so this was better than I thought, but worse than what I should have (in general).

Snack: Candy: 180 (1 Snickers Mini, 1 Twix Mini, 2 Riesen Chews)

Total: 2540.  So, overall, higher than I wanted, but not as terrible as it could have been.

Jogged 4 miles for a burn of 677 calories!
