Dinner: Morningstar riblet (220c), potato with skin on mashed with 1/2tbsp butter & 1/8c milk (200c),  mixed veggies (green beans, carrots, yellow carrots, peppers) with olive oil and herbs (60c)= 480c
Snack: 2 fig newtons=90c
