Tasty Tuesday: Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/3 cup Hazelnut Flour
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
scant 1 2/3 cup Rice Flour
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 large egg
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 bag (Ghirardelli) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/8 cup water

Cream the butter and sugars.  Add the eggs, vanilla, and water.  In another bowl, mix all your flours, baking soda, and salt.  Add to the wet ingredients.  Add the chocolate chips.  In 375 degree oven, bake for 9-11 minutes (depending on your soft-hard cookie preference; we did 9:30).
