Lunch: @ Starbucks- 1/2 sandwich (200c), fruit cup (90c), skinny vanilla latte (120c)=410c
Snack: 30 jelly beans=140c
After workout Snack: soup=250c
Dinner: sandwich (250c) and soup (250c)=500c

Total: 1650

Ran 2 miles with the kids through the park and walked 1 mile in warmup/cooldown, over an hour: burned 400c
