Tasty Tuesday: Strawberry-Banana Protein Shake

140g frozen strawberries (about 1.25c)
2tbsp hemp powder
1c unsweetened almond milk
1/4c water
80g banana (1 medium banana)



Put the strawberries in a blender and pour the almond milk over them.  Sprinkle over the hemp powder and blend until smooth.  Add the water and the banana, torn into chunks.  Blend until drinkable.  Enjoy!
