Thursday, 9/1

Here I am!  Back on the journey to finish off the rest of my weight loss goals!

Weight: 173.5
(I'm sure this wasnt helped by me eating the better part of some olive oil and sea salt almonds during the football game last night!)

Breakfast: cereal with almond milk, coffee with half and half= 150c
Lunch: mediterranean wrap with popcorn and Coke Zero=400c
Snack: yogurt, cookie, watermelon=225c
Snack: chips & salsa, gluten free crackers & hummus=(est)400c
Dinner: stuffed squash, salad w/ ranch dressing, wine, cornbread, watermelon, sweet potato pie=(est)1300
