-3.5 pounds

The workout was different.  Today, I did 5 min of walking, then 25 jumping jacks, 25 sit ups, and 25 arm exercises with 10lb weights, three times.  This totaled 15 minutes of walking as seen above, 75 jumping jacks, 75 sit ups, and 3 different arm exercises, weighted, 25 each.  Total workout time was about 22 minutes.

Back at 3mo PP / Day 1

I have to say.... I didn't think I'd be back to this space but... Here I am.  3 years after my last post.  Since that post, I've had two more kiddos (Sept 2015 & April 2017).  I was 3mo postpartum yesterday and I need to get back on track.  In March, I was hit with some personal stuff that really sent me spiraling.  I'm trying to come out of it but it opened the door to my addiction.  But, for today, I'm trying.
