Day 5

-3.5 pounds


The workout was different.  Today, I did 5 min of walking, then 25 jumping jacks, 25 sit ups, and 25 arm exercises with 10lb weights, three times.  This totaled 15 minutes of walking as seen above, 75 jumping jacks, 75 sit ups, and 3 different arm exercises, weighted, 25 each.  Total workout time was about 22 minutes.
